90 Minute Board Orientation. When a board gets stuck, is unclear about its role, disconnected from the mission, or simply needs a refresher, another 3 hour session is not needed. The 90-minute Board Orientation is a fast-paced, facilitated conversation designed to get the board focused on what matters: governance, leadership, accountability and organizational direction. In 90 minutes, we will identify what's getting in the way, clarify roles and expectations, have some honest conversations and leave with practical next steps. Half-Day Board Retreat. Four hours to get your board aligned, focused and moving forward.
